SS: Game Night: LAN Party is a casual evening for PC games, team games, co-op games, strategy games, and whatever else people want to play together at Secret Shop Osaka.
The default hosted games are Deadlock, Counter-Strike, Dota 2, Left 4 Dead, Command & Conquer, and similar multiplayer games.
Those are just the defaults. If there is another game you want to play, bring it along, suggest it, or see if other people want to jump in.
About The Night
This is a relaxed LAN party-style game night.
The focus is playing games together in the same space: team matches, co-op runs, custom lobbies, old favorites, strategy games, and casual multiplayer sessions.
You do not need to be highly competitive to attend. You are welcome to come play, watch, learn a game, meet other players, or bring something you want people to try.
The event is planned for roughly 18:00 - 22:00, but the schedule is flexible. If people are in the middle of a match, campaign, or long game, we can let the current game finish before changing activities or wrapping up.
Hosted Games
The default game list may include:
- Deadlock
- Counter-Strike
- Dota 2
- Left 4 Dead
- Command & Conquer
- Other multiplayer, co-op, PvP, or strategy games depending on the group
The hosted list is not strict. If you have another game in mind, bring your setup, mention it on the day, or suggest it before the event.
If a game requires accounts, installs, updates, or a specific controller setup, please prepare those before arriving if possible.
Rough Schedule
| Time | Activity |
|---|---|
18:00 | Doors open, setup, installs, network checks, and casual free play |
18:30 | Game selection, lobby setup, and warm-up matches |
19:00 | First play block: split into games, teams, or co-op groups |
20:30 | Short break, switch games, shuffle teams, or keep the current match going |
20:45 | Second play block: featured games, custom lobbies, co-op runs, or strategy matches |
21:45 | Last rounds, final pushes, finish current games, and cooldown |
22:00 | Flexible wrap-up; active games can finish if the group is still in the middle of something |
The schedule is a guide, not a hard rule. LAN party nights work best when the room follows the energy of the players.
